Established in 1995 by agricultural entrepreneur Doloretta Angioni, this farm, spreading over 55 hectares, has become a lively hub for agritourism and education since 2001, capturing the attention and admiration of school groups for its commitment to reviving the culture and traditions of Sardinian land.

Pentuma's mission is to provide children and adults with a profound understanding of the origins of food through direct and educational interaction with the agricultural world. Within the farm, visitors can explore goat, sheep, and pig farms, all raised in accordance with the principles of animal welfare and organic agriculture. The crops grown on the estate adhere to the same principles, ensuring that every product is authentically organic. For a stay surrounded by nature, Pentuma provides independent apartments, each furnished with a kitchenette, bedrooms, and a bathroom. Guests can relish outdoor dining on the external veranda, which boasts a view of the enchanting rural landscape.

However, the true enchantment of Pentuma, meaning 'ravine,' unfolds when one experiences the guided tour of the internal lands. This explorative walk meanders through the valley within the larger 'Sassu' area near Chiaramonti, where the farm is situated.

Once a favored hideout for bandits, tales from the past reveal Chiaramonti as an almost compulsory stop for wrongdoers. Today, this place, once a refuge for outlaws, stands as a peaceful haven for guests of all nationalities.
